Project Manager (m/f/d)

As a Project Manager, you ensure that real progress is made from ideas. You hold the threads together in the background, coordinate our projects, and ensure that product development and external presentation mesh well. This creates the structure that a fast-growing startup needs without unnecessary bureaucracy.

You work closely with Patrick & Tobias and free up our technical team so they can fully focus on product and technology. In addition to project management, you also organize our external presentation, for example at trade fairs and events. You work with external partners and bring order to many moving parts.

In everyday life, you work intensively with modern tools such as Notion, Claude, and Canva and help to prepare information, processes, and results efficiently and understandably.

What you bring with you

• Strong organizational skills and a structured, self-responsible way of working

• Very good communication skills and enjoyment in coordinating things between teams, partners, and external stakeholders

• Understanding of agile working methods, project control, and economic contexts

• First experience in project management, operations, startup environment or organizing events and projects

• Hands-on mentality: You don't wait for perfect processes but help build them up, enjoy responsibility, speed, and an environment with a lot of creative freedom
